Services Provided

The Digital Exhorter offers creative, digital, and consulting services including (but not limited to) digital design, branding, and online consultation sessions. Specific service details and deliverables are outlined in each client agreement or booking confirmation.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun or services have been rendered. Refunds may be considered at our discretion for cancellations made prior to service commencement.

Subscription Agreement/Cancellations

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once your monthly subscription fee has been submitted, your requested services has been secured and will be rendered.

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the next month (i.e September 26th for cancellation on October 1st.) All cancellations must be submitted in written form via email at Thedigital.exhorter@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by The Digital Exhorter remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and discussions are treated as confidential. We respect your privacy and will not share your information without consent, except as required by law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project completion according to schedule. Delays in client response may extend delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

The Digital Exhorter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
